Maddie is currently trainee director at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre working with their young company for 2026. She is also co-creating a show with Dream Arts Young company for March 2026. She is co-director and founder of When Blossom Comes CIC - co-creating community performance for public spaces. Their latest work ‘Echoes of Us’, a headphone theatre show co-authored by Elders from the Winstanley Estate explored themes of memory, community and public space.

Maddie has worked for over 6 years co-creating theatre with communities in London, Greater Manchester, Bristol and the rural South-West. She facilitates sustained projects working with communities over a number of years and also works on shorter-term projects and productions.
